Susan specializes in finding the most appropriate path for the student to reach their goal. She observes students during class and offers suggestions to help them more efficiently, safely and comfortably to reach an asana (physical posture).

Personal instruction or yoga for a private group can be booked for single or on-going sessions. Susan will speak with the student to assess their needs and build lessons to help them achieve their intention.  She will leave the student with additional information or tips to continue their practice between sessions to help them maintain the growth of their individual practice.

Workshops are a great opportunity to play at the edge of your abilities. This is an opportunity to look at a particular slice of yoga, whether it's a physical subsection of practice, such as arm balancing or associated with another limb of yoga, such as meditation or intention. Susan will break concepts down to digestable chunks so that the students can build back up to these more advanved practices of yoga.
